Benjamin Franklin Bridge August 20, 2008

Michael was out of school for the month of August. I wanted to give him a break before he started at his new school in September. I used the month of August to do some things that we have never done and some things that we haven't done in a while. One activity was walking the Benjamin Franklin Bridge. Let me correct myself..Michael walked the bridge with Phil when he was a year and a half. At that time they walked to the center and returned home. This time Mia, Michael, Veronica and myself walked the entire bridge..all the way to Camden. They were walking and running and watching the cars below. They really got a kick out of seeing the duck boat floating along the river.

Baby Spa Day! August 16, 2008

Baby spa day doesn't really exist, but Veronica just looked so relaxed and comfortable in the tub. She started playing with her toes and babbling! I wish I could do that everyday. A girl can dream!

This shot is getting harder to get. I just can't seem to catch all of them smiling or at least looking at the camera at the same time. Every time I take a picture Mia has to come around and see it on the LED screen. She is hilarious! I will definitely keep trying.

Michael loves to get the car washed. He gets disappointed if we drive by and not drive through. On this particular afternoon Michael decided to make his own car wash for his cars. My boy is talented..check it out!

Every one of my children has given me the opportunity to take a picture like this. The house is usually quiet because the rest of the family is already asleep. So we lie on the floor and I stretch my arm out to get the shot..of course I look sleepy, thank you very much!

Duck Boat Ride August 3, 2008

Now of course we didn't go on the duck boat for educational purposes..just for fun! Everyone had a good time. Michael was a little bored at the beginning, but he became really excited and nervous when it was time to plunge into the Delaware River. Michael and Mia both make it a point to wave at the duck boat every time they see it. By the way, they are truly enjoying the duck blowers..yeah for me!

Look at that handsome boy. I can only take a little bit of credit, since EVERYONE says that Michael looks just like Phil. Michael, as you can see, can make a lot of bubbles in his mouth.

Not only does Mia have beautiful teeth, she loves to show them off. Look how clean they are. She does a very good job brushing them everyday! Her dentist is very happy with her teeth! By the way, she was cracking up in this photo. Mia is one crazy girl!

Veronica is growing up so fast..in this photo I was able to catch her sitting still. She is always on the go. She tries so hard to keep up with Michael and Mia. The best part about it all is that they want Veronica to keep up with them.
